I grew up just outside of Ingleside, and from a young age, I dreamed of becoming a physiotherapist. My passion for exercise, sports, and the human body naturally guided me toward a profession focused on improving quality of life. Physiotherapy, with its ability to help individuals manage both chronic and acute pain, felt like the perfect fit.
My educational journey began at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. I earned my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Life Sciences and a minor in Chemistry in 2021. I then pursued my Master of Science in Physiotherapy at King’s College London in London, England, graduating in September 2023. Since finishing my MSc, I continue to complete courses provided by the Ontario Physiotherapy Association, including Non-Internal Introductory Pelvic Health Course and Non-Internal Treatment Considerations for Pregnant and Postpartum Population. I am committed to lifelong learning to stay up to date with evidenced-based practice and expanding my skills.
Throughout my career, my priority is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for every client. Through the use of a holistic mindset, I aim to collaboratively develop patient-centered goals and ultimately turn them into function through education, exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
Outside of work, you can often find me traveling to different countries, on the golf course, experimenting with intricate recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying quality time with friends and family.
I am excited to serve Cornwall and the surrounding communities and would be happy to discuss how I can support you rehabilitation journey. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or to book a consultation.
